• The instrument received is different from what you ordered, defective, or damaged during shipping

We process refunds within 3 to 7 business days once approved.
Your credit will automatically be issued to your original payment method.
*Shipping Costs*
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable
• If a refund is granted, the shipping fee will be deducted
